Barbara Zaretsky

Barbara Zaretsky--Artist/Entrepreneur/Educator

“Living at the Glen Rock Depot is allowing me to pursue my dreams,” says Barbara. "Affordable rent is allowing me to have the income to also rent my studio in the River Arts District.”

Before moving into the Glen Rock Depot, Barbara sold her house to pay her business loans. Number 13 on the waiting list of an apartment at the Glen Rock Depot, she was nomadic until the building opened in December of 2010.

Barbara is the Director of theCloth Fiber Workshop, a textile-arts learning center, as well as a designer and producer of wearables and home furnishings under the label ofBZ Design. Her studio and workshop is located ¼ of a mile from the Glen Rock Depot in the Cotton Mill Studios.
