Glen Rock Depot Residential Leasing Office Now Open

The Glen Rock Depot Residential Leasing Office is now open to schedule appointments to assist with and process applications for the 60, one, two and three bedroom affordable apartments in the Glen Rock Depot multi-use development in the River Arts District and Southside neighborhoods.  Those who are already on the waiting list will be called to schedule an appointment. Leasing agents will be on-site to assist applicants.

We encourage everyone who needs affordable housing to come by or call for more information on the residential apartments!

Application Process

  • Each applicant fills out the application, is interviewed, and has any questions answered.
  • Backup documentation will be required.
  • Each applicant will be asked to sign a release for a credit and criminal background check.
  • Application will be processed.

One, two, and three bedroom apartments located on the second through fourth floors of 372 Depot will be available in October 2010.

  • Leasing rates between $350/month and $750/month. Income guidelines apply.
  • Solar Heated Hot Water and Energy Star rated appliances and products
  • Community playground and garden areas for children and residents
  • Central community courtyard
  • Low VOC materials throughout
  • 3000 SF of community space, including laundry facilities and meeting room
  • Free parking in lot off of Ralph Street & along Ralph and Depot Streets
  • Number of units wheelchair accessible, entire building is "visitable"
  • Local artists will create certain building elements such as signage, railings, benches, planters, ceramic tile, and other features
