Our anchor business in 372 Depot, The Magnetic Field, is a café and coffee shop by day and lounge and performance venue by night. The Performance House will host theatre, music, stand-up comedy, performance art and more. The Magnetic Field is a community place where people can come together to perform and create, or experience new and innovative performances.

Evolve: A Cultural Arts, Dance and Movement Studio

Evolve is a space for youth and adult dance and movement classes, workshops, and a home for performance companies. All of these reinforce the principle that dance and movement create evolution of self and community.  Evolve, and its founder, Lisa Zahiya, are committed to serving diverse populations through a wide variety of affordable programs, and will be actively engaging in community outreach. 

West One Salon

West One stylists go through an extensive training program to learn many techniques and how to apply them to today's styles.  Their relaxed vibe with a strong focus on customer service ensures an enjoyable visit to the salon.
