The Glen Rock Depot is a mixed use, community development in Asheville’s River Arts District and historic South French Broad and Livingston neighborhoods, also known as the Southside. The three-building development is a hub for business and living.

The Glen Rock Depot site is traversed by Town Branch Creek Greenway, which is included in the Asheville Greenways Master Plan. This protected open space for conservation and recreation will provide residents and tenants of the Glen Rock Depot with access to walking and biking paths and spaces to enjoy the beauty of our region.

12 Bones Smokehouse, the Clingman Café, Odyssey Center for the Arts, the Fine Arts League of the Carolinas, Asheville Greenworks, Green’s Mini Mart, and The Wedge Brewery bring hundreds of visitors to the area daily. Glen Rock Depot tenants will enjoy, among other green amenities, solar hot water, rainwater and greywater catchment, and bike racks, and showers even for business tenants. Tenants will walk by the revitalized stream or eat lunch in the covered atrium or on the rooftop deck in the historically renovated Glen Rock Hotel.
