The Glen Rock Depot is a hub for business and living bridging Asheville's River Arts District and historic Southside neighborhoods. Developed by non-profit community development corporation Mountain Housing Opportunities, it is the first mixed-use LEED certified building in Asheville and houses many fine businesses: The Magnetic Field, West One Salon, Integrative Family Medicine of Asheville, Benbow & Associates, Desert Moon Designs, The Fine Arts League of the Carolinas, Partnership Property Management.

Glen Rock Depot includes, among other green amenities: solar hot water, rainwater and greywater catchment, bike racks, and more. Free on-street parking and pervious parking lot provides ample parking for visitors.  Artist-made architectural elements bring inspiration and a neighborhood feel to the space.
